Most parking lifts are sized for a sedan on the bottom and a sedan on top. That is fine until the vehicle you actually want to stack is a crew cab, a Suburban, or a long wheelbase van, and suddenly the runways are too short and the clearance underneath is nowhere near enough to open a door.
The Daytona LFPP10-XLT is the answer to that specific problem. The XLT is extra long and extra tall: 196.9" runways and a genuine 85" of clearance under the deck at full height. That is over seven feet, which means a full size SUV or a truck can sit underneath and you can still walk around it and open the doors.
Capacity is 10,000 lbs, carried on four mechanical locking devices with both primary and secondary safety locks and a single point manual release. It runs on an ordinary 120V single phase circuit at 1.5 HP, so no special electrical service is needed, and it anchors into a standard 4" slab. The runways adjust for different track widths, the aluminum approach ramps are removable, and the pump can be mounted on any of the four posts to suit your layout.

What ceiling height do I actually need?
The lift is 105.2" tall on its own, which is 8'-9". Then add whatever you intend to park on the top deck. A standard 9 foot residential garage ceiling will not clear this lift with a vehicle on top, so measure honestly before ordering. If your ceiling is the constraint rather than the vehicle length, tell us and we will point you at a shorter model.
What makes the XLT different from a standard 10,000 lb parking lift?
Length and height. The XLT runs 196.9" runways and 85" of clearance under the deck, where the standard LFPP10 gives 181.9" and 79.5". If you are stacking a crew cab pickup, a long wheelbase van, or a full size SUV, the XLT is the one that actually fits. If you are stacking cars, the standard model costs less and takes less room.
Can I use it to work on a car, not just store one?
Yes, within limits. The deck travels from 6.5" to 85.0", so you can set a comfortable working height. Add the RAJ5 rolling jack if you need the wheels off. A four post lift keeps the vehicle on its own wheels by default, so for suspension and brake work the jack is not optional.
Does it really run on a normal 120V outlet?
It runs on 120V single phase at 1.5 HP, drawing 26 amps. That is a dedicated circuit, not a shared one, and 26 amps is more than a standard 15 or 20 amp household receptacle will carry. Have a licensed electrician confirm the circuit and breaker before the lift arrives.
Can I move it once it is installed?
With the optional LFPP-WHL wheel kit, yes. It bolts casters to the column bases so the lift can be rolled within the garage, and ships as a 40" x 24" x 10" package weighing 120 lbs. Without it the lift stays where it is set, so order the wheel kit with the lift rather than after.
What concrete does it need?
A minimum of 4" of 3,000 PSI concrete, level within 3/8" across the installation area, with no anchor placed within 6" of a crack, edge, or expansion joint. That is a standard residential garage slab, which is one of the reasons this lift suits a home garage rather than only a commercial shop. Verifying the slab is still the customer's responsibility, and if you are not certain what is under your floor, core it before you order.
How does delivery work?
The LFPP10-XLT ships as freight in a crate 207" long weighing 2,700 lbs. At over seventeen feet that is not a tailgate delivery, and a residential driveway may not take the truck. Talk to a lift specialist before ordering so the delivery is planned rather than improvised on the day.
What is the warranty?
